About the role

This is the core of what Billwise does. Billers handle the full revenue cycle for US medical practices: claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.

Accuracy matters more than speed here. US healthcare billing has strict compliance rules, and our reputation is built on clean claims and honest work.

What you'll do

• Prepare and submit claims through US practice management systems
• Post payments and reconcile against remittances (ERAs/EOBs)
• Work denials: identify the reason, fix, and resubmit
• Follow up on aging AR with payers by phone and portal
• Document everything, cleanly and consistently

What we look for

• Prior US medical billing experience preferred, strong candidates without it can enter through training
• Attention to detail, this is precision work
• Good written English for notes and payer correspondence
• Familiarity with any US practice management or EHR software is a plus
• Night shift, on-site in Islamabad
